Why I Created This Cohort
Building a Stronger Foundation for Hair Restoration
Our recent OHS seminar reinforced something we already recognize as trichologists: supporting hair and scalp health often requires us to look beyond topical care alone.
Nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, recovery, and other foundational health practices can all influence the internal environment in which healthy hair growth occurs.
Over the past several years, I have integrated these areas into my own hair-restoration practice through the Core to Crown Transformation Program. I created this cohort to give my fellow trichologists the opportunity to personally experience the structure, guidance, and individualized support the program provides.

During this professional cohort, you will personally participate in the same virtual Foundational Phase experience offered to Core & Crown clients. This is not a condensed sample or a separate program created for trichologists.

A personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching program designed to support the foundational health factors that can influence whole-body wellness, hair, and scalp health.
Foundational Phase
The 16-week foundational phase you will personally complete, including individualized guidance, structured support, and ongoing accountability.

A personalized approach that brings together nutrition, purposeful movement, sleep and recovery, stress resilience, environmental-load awareness, targeted supplementation, and sustainable behavior change to support whole-body, hair, and scalp health.

Your Foundational Phase experience will be built around your comprehensive intake, epigenetic report, current lifestyle, individual needs, and personal goals.

Epigenetic Report Integration
Your epigenetic report will be reviewed alongside your intake and personal goals to help shape your individualized nutrition, supplementation, movement, and lifestyle program.
Personalized Nutrition
Individualized nutrition guidance designed around your physiology, lifestyle, goals, and identified areas of support.
Supplement Guidance
Personalized OHS supplement recommendations when appropriate, based on your individual findings and needs.
Exercise and Movement
Practical movement guidance that supports your current ability, schedule, recovery, and overall wellness goals.
Stress, Rest and Recovery
Support for stress management, sleep, emotional balance, recovery, and sustainable lifestyle practices.
Coaching App Access
Your personalized plan, assigned actions, resources, communication, and progress tracking in one convenient place.
Accountability and Adjustments
Regular check-ins, individualized feedback, and ongoing adjustments based on your progress throughout the 16 weeks.

After completing the cohort, you will be able to determine whether the Core to Crown Transformation Program could provide appropriate clients with the nutrition, lifestyle, coaching, and accountability support that happens between their trichology appointments.
Your OHS Affiliate Relationship Is Preserved
When OHS supplements are recommended for clients you refer or collaborate on, your existing OHS affiliate link will be used whenever possible. This allows your clients to receive individualized foundational support while maintaining their established supplement relationship with your practice.
Participation in the cohort does not require you to choose either pathway. These opportunities may be explored after you have personally completed the program and determined whether it is an appropriate fit for your clients.

What This Cohort Is—and Is Not
The Trichologist Cohort was created to let you experience the Foundational Phase personally so you can understand the depth of the program and thoughtfully determine whether it could support appropriate clients in your practice.
This Cohort Is
- A personal 16-week participant experience
- The same virtual Foundational Phase program offered to Core & Crown clients
- Individualized nutrition, movement, supplementation, and lifestyle support
- An opportunity to experience the program before referring or collaborating
- A professional environment for thoughtful feedback and shared insight
This Cohort Is Not
- A training or practitioner-education program
- A certification in the Core to Crown Transformation Program
- A licensing agreement or permission to deliver the program independently
- Permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, or rebrand program materials
- A replacement for medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment
Participation requires acknowledgment of the cohort’s participant terms and the intellectual-property protections associated with the Core to Crown Transformation Program and its proprietary materials.

An Invitation-Only Professional Rate
This preferred cohort rate was created exclusively for fellow trichologists who would like to experience the complete virtual Foundational Phase program firsthand.
Regular virtual program investment: $2,200
Trichologist Cohort Rate
$1,500
A $700 Professional Savings
Program Duration
Foundational Phase is delivered virtually over 16 weeks through the Core & Crown coaching app.
Limited Enrollment
Participation is limited to eight trichologists so the individualized support central to the program can be maintained.
Epigenetic Report
Participants who offer epigenetic testing may complete it through their own practice. If you do not currently have access to testing, a collection kit will be shipped to you.
Supplements
Any supplements recommended during your personal program are purchased separately and are not included in the cohort fee.
Cohort Start Date
The start date will be coordinated with accepted participants after enrollment interest is confirmed.
Payment Authorization
A signed credit-card authorization is required for the monthly payment plan. Scheduled payments will be charged automatically to the card on file.
Participation is subject to completion of the required intake, enrollment documents, participant agreement, and applicable payment authorization.
